  3. Do you offer prorated refunds after cancellation

    We generally do not provide prorated refunds for unused time after a billing cycle begins, unless required by law or approved as an exception.

  4. Will I be charged again after I cancel

    No. Once cancellation is confirmed, future renewals stop. You keep access through the already paid period.
