  1. Lifetime access and renewals

    Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase. You are not charged again, and there is no renewal or automatic rebilling for that purchase.

  2. Will I be charged again

    For one-time purchases (including Lifetime Access and 14-Day Access), you are charged once at checkout unless you place another order yourself.

  3. How can I manage billing or invoices

    If you need payment history, receipts, or card updates through Stripe’s customer portal, contact us with the email you used at checkout and we can help or point you to the right place.

  4. Can I get a refund

    Refund requests are reviewed in line with our Terms. If technical issues prevented access or delivery, contact us and we will review your case promptly.

  5. How fast do you respond to support questions

    We usually respond within 1 to 2 business days. For urgent billing issues, use the Contact Us form and include your account email.
